Matches usually last 6-7 min and can net anywhere from 10000-15000 XP (5000-7000 score plus medals) depending on efficiency. Generally one team will fill up their bar in a dominant way - avoid the temptation to even the bars out by changing the pattern - there is minimal downtime between the rounds and keeping a fast uninterrupted pace is very helpful.

You get 200XP a capture and 1000XP every time you capture white (as you get the Silver medal for capturing all three radio points). In this fashion the two teams will 'chase' each other through captures from Red->Centre->White. During this time the first team will circle back to Red, capture it and continue. As soon as Centre is captured, the other team will capture Red, and follow the first team (to Centre, then to White). They will then run to Centre, cap it, then to White. One of the teams (trade off who starts) will stack up outside Red and cap the point together. There are three capture points - Red Building, Centre, and White Building. Set up 2 teams of 4, and choose Ranked Radio Transmission on Barricades. The best current method is running captures in Ranked Radio Transmission (must be ranked for XP gain). First Sergeant (Rank 26) requires approximately 590000 XP.
